Kuning

Suatu hari seorang Pegawai Khidmat Pelanggan di syarikat mesin cetak mendapat panggilan dari Pak Pandir iaitu salah seorang pelanggannya. Pak Pandir rupanya mendapat kesulitan untuk mencetak warna kuning, hanya warna cyan dan magenta yang kelihatan.

Pegawai Khidmat Pelanggan pening kepala memikirkannya, apalagi ketika Pak Pandir mengatakan bahawa pencetaknya boleh mencetak warna-warna lainnya, termasuk kombinasi warna kuning, seperti hijau. Pegawai Khidmat Pelanggan kemudian meminta Pak Pandir untuk mengganti cartridge kuning, memadam driver-nya dan kemudian meng-install-nya kembali. Tapi saranan itu tidak membuahkan hasil. Bahkan teman-teman Pegawai Khidmat Pelanggan lainnya tidak ada yang tahu bagaimana caranya mengatasi masalah ini.

Setelah dua jam dalam kebingungan, Pak Pandir bertanya, "Boleh tak saya mencetak di atas kertas putih daripada di atas kertas kuning yang saya pakai sekarang nie?"
